I am at right above poverty line. I qualify for nothing! Someone who makes $50 less than me is eligible for all services. My income range is left to fend for ourselves, and even expected to help pay for lower income folks rates when they get help already. I CAN NOT CONTINUE TO SURVIVE LIKE THIS! Also your form will not allow me to select a utility or a company. The form is not ready for the public.
