Mr. Greathouse is upset that Spire has purchased his gas (Southern Star) company and is now charging a customer charge. He bought and paid for his tap and does not feel that this is right. He has been at his residence since the 80s and feels that he shouldn't have to pay for something he has already paid for, just because a large corporation decided to purchase a utility. |
