On Sheet 2 of Evergy's Tariff in the Table of contents it shows Residential – Space Heat (FROZEN) MORH 146.1. This is the only frozen residential rate and I believe that it is the intents of the PSC to do what is in the best interest for their consumers. If you follow to the page 146.1 you will see that the (FROZEN) has been left off and I believe that this is a mistake. This rate should be frozen and we should not be losing the heat discount. If this discount is left off, I will see and increase of 500.00. It will be cheaper to be a commercial nonresidential customer for a small shed than it will be to heat my home. I don't believe that this was the intent. |
