In addition to others pointing out specific issues of misreprsenting info on Meter sizes/pricing calcs, no Eng study performed on Sewer system project/costing. Sewer was lumped into H20 sale at last minute. Residents have no information/proposal to contrast keeping vs selling sewer utilities. Further, CID Community Infrastructure development chrgs, approx 1200 per home build to builders, would transfer on backs of MAW clients |
