Consider this email another "informal complaint" and the start of finally holding Missouri American Water accountable. - Last fall just before your attached email I filed an "informal complaint" about Missouri American Water with the Commission. Nothing ever came from that complaint, not even a call from Missouri American Water. The problems continue as I called them again 2/12/24 and got a message "40 minute wait; leave a number for a call back." That call back never came. As I write this email, they just answered the telephone at 1:30 PM after I've been on Hold for more than 30 minutes. I was not given an option.*SEE ATTACHE |
