SNGMO worked with Staff on its proposed Equipment Rebate Program -ERP, it was suggested that it begin as a "pilot program." The pilot will be evaluated by an independent, third-party evaluator at a predefined date to help determine how to move forward with the ERP. The pilot proposal was provided to SNGMO's Energy Efficiency Advisory Group -EEAG in advance. The proposed budget for the 3-year pilot and a benefit-cost analysis conducted by SNGMO's consultant, Apex Analytics, were provided to EEAG.
