Reducing intrastate switched access rates to comply with the directives of the Federal Communications Commission’s November 18, 2011 USF/ICC Transformation Order, FCC 11-161 (WC Docket No. 10-90). With these rate reductions, 3LCom’s terminating intrastate switched access rates will be set at or below the corresponding rates for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Missouri. 3LCom is also reducing the originating local switching rate to mirror the corresponding rate of AT&T Missouri.
