The purpose of the proposed tariff revision is to implement the terms of the Order Approving Stipulation and Agreement and Granting Certificate of Convenience and Necessity, specifically item 8, of the Unanimous Stipulation and Agreement, in File No. EA-2024-0212.
This change that is required by the stipulation was overlooked in Ameren Missouri's prior tariff filing JE-2026-0145. As that tariff revision has been suspended, this tariff change is likely to become effective on or before the date the Rider CSP rate is effective and customers are receiving service. With this being the case, Ameren Missouri chose to file this sheet separately rather than withdraw the prior filing.
