The revisions are to update the Company’s Emergency Energy Conservation Plan to reflect changes implemented by the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) and the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO). Specifically, NERC has combined two prior procedures into one new standard, the NERC Emergency Operations Standard, and MISO no longer utilizes a color-coded System Status Level. With the removal of the former B.2. System Status Levels of Operating Conditions on Sheet 146, the rest of the numbering in B. Plan Components on Sheets 146 and 147 changes (i.e. former B.3. Defined Essential Services is now B.2. Defined Essential Services; former B.4. Additional Emergencies is now B.3. Additional Emergencies.)
