This filing includes the removal of residential services and changes to regulations pursuant to the cessation of voice services using circuit switched technology and the offering of voice services by Charter Advanced Services (MO), LLC an interconnected Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) company effective March 1, 2013.
Customers using Constant Bit Rates (CBR) circuit switched technology have been notified services will now be provided via VoIP technology effective January 19, 2015.
